2.       Strengthening capacity of assistance organization for women of gender-based violence, exploitation, and discrimination victims, so that they have awareness, policy, and internal capacity to apply a comprehensive protection and support system for WHRD for protecting their security, economic, social, and cultural rights.

3.       Promoting the establishment of network for WHRD activism to encourage acknowledgment and protection of WHRD rights comprehensively at organization, state, and community levels.

4.       Promoting support of government and human rights organization so that they have awareness, concern, program, or policy on protecting and fulfilling WHRD rights comprehensively on security and social protection.

·       A critical mass advocating for positive norms and values related to SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) and gender justice for young people

·       Government adopting, implementing, and considering human rights-based policies and laws that enable SRHR and gender-based justice for young people

·      Strengthened civil society for young people’s SRHR and gender justice

·       Establishing women and youth groups in the program area

·       Providing coaching and mentoring through regular meetings, including field visits by program staff

·      Building collaborations and joint actions with local governments, village governments, corporations, job training institutions, youth and women’s organizations/communities, microfinance institutions, disability advocacy groups, Special Needs Schools (SLB), CSOs (Civil Society Organizations), online/offline media, and other relevant stakeholders.
